This week the UK’s biggest most exciting gaming event takes place, Eurogamer’s EGX London 2014. We have the full map of the show floor and it reveals some exciting surprises including the Batman Arkham Knight Theatre.

EGX takes place at Earls Court, London between the 25th and the 28th of September. For its residency it dominates the exhibition centre taking up the ground and first floor.  What’s immediately visible is that PlayStation has the most floor space taking up all of Zone 5 and a good portion of Zone 2 with Destiny.  Sony exclusives will include Bloodborne, The Order: 1886, Drive Club, Singstar Ultimate Party, and Little Big Planet 3.

As if to accentuate the market rivalry Microsoft and Sony’s main stands are directly opposite each other. The Microsoft stand will feature Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, Halo: The Master Chief Collection, Fable Legends, Sunset Overdrive and Ori and the Blind Forest.

Nintendo will also be in attendance with Bayonetta 2, Hyrule Warriors, Monster Hunter 4, Kirby and the Rainbow Curse and Amiibo figures on display.

There will be a special Arkham themed mini-theatre showing preview footage of the upcoming new-gen Batman game Arkham Knight.

Dragon Age: Inquisition cooperative multiplayer will be available to try for the first time in Europe.

The Oculus Rift VR headset will be on show giving many their first chance to experience modern VR.

There will of course be stands where you can play mega franchises Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Battlefield: Hardline and Assassin’s Creed: Unity.

Kickstarter success story Elite: Dangerous, the open world space sim beta will be playable as it nears its launch.

The Razzed section will feature a host of indie games including the Miami Hotline inspired LA Cops.

There will be a Cosplay area and competition for everyone who wants to turn up as their favourite hero.

Don’t forget the multiple developer sessions with talks by renown game developers.

Over-18 areas will require you bring ID.

And when the fun gets to much and you just want to buy something retailer GAME will be onsite with marked-up prices to take advantages of your excitement. See you there!
